Street Dog Burrito
INGREDIENTS
2 hot dogs
4 strips of bacon
1 yellow onion
1 jalapeno
1 XL tortilla
steak fries
mayonnaise
ketchup
mustard
dill pickle relish
Cholula hot sauce
Char-Griller Chili-Lime seasoning
DIRECTIONS
Thinly slice 1 yellow onion and 1 jalapeno
Slice hot dogs in half without going all the way through and keeping a “hinge”.
Make “special sauce” by combining and mixing 2 parts mayo, 1 part ketchup, 1 part yellow mustard, 1 part dill pickle relish, ½ part Cholula hot sauce, and 1 tbsp Char-Griller Chili-Lime seasoning.
Sauté onions and jalapenos over medium-high heat with canola oil. Season with Char-Griller Chili-Lime seasoning.
Fry bacon and hot dogs over medium-high heat.
While cooking everything else, drop an order of steak fries in a fryer. You could also cook these on the griddle.
When everything is cooked and ready to go, warm an XL burrito tortilla on the griddle.
Build your burrito by adding fries, special sauce, bacon, hot dogs, and sautéed onions and peppers.
