CHICKEN FRIED STEAK & EGGS
INGREDIENTS
Cubed Steak
5 eggs
¼ C milk
2 c flour
Country Gravy dry packet mix
Char-Griller Original Seasoning
1 c Canola Oil
Cholula Hot Sauce
Hashbrowns
DIRECTIONS
Beat 2 eggs with ¼ C milk & 1 tbsp Cholula hot sauce
Mix 2 c flour with 1 tbsp Char-Griller Original Seasoning
Dredge cubed steak in flour, dip in egg wash, and dredge in flour again
Bring 1 C Canola oil up to 350° on the griddle
Shallow fry the dredged steak for 3-5 inches on each side until breading is a golden brown
Bring 1 ⅓ C water to a boil and then add 1 packet of Country Gravy to the boiling water. Once it begins to thicken, add 1 tsp Char-Griller Original Seasoning
Fry a 3-4 eggs sunny side up or over easy
After plating the hashbrowns, chicken fried steak, & eggs - smother with Country gravy.
