Ribeye Cheesesteak Sandwich
INGREDIENTS
2 lbs semi frozen ribeye
3 hoagie rolls (or make 2 sandwiches and some cheesesteak fries)
15 oz Cheez Whiz
1 yellow onion
Meat Church Holy Cow (or salt & pepper)
canola oil
DIRECTIONS
dice the yellow onion
sauté diced onion over medium heat with canola oil
slice semi-frozen ribeyes as thin as you can and then slice them again in the opposite direction to get small pieces
add Cheez Whiz to a pot over medium heat
add diced ribeye over medium heat
when ribeye is ¾ the way cooked, season with Meat Church Holy Cow (or salt & pepper) and mix the steak with the onions
divide the steak mixture into 3 piles for 3 sandwiches (or make 2 sandwiches and some cheesesteak fries)
add warmed Cheez Whiz to each roll and place over your meat pile for 1 min to warm your buns
carefully remove the your sandwiches from your griddle with spatulas and top with additional Whiz
