Smoked Turkey Breast
INGREDIENTS
Turkey Breast
1 stick butter
Cholula
Char-Griller Creole Seasoning
DIRECTIONS
Preheat your Gravity 980 or whatever cooker you’re using to 275°
Combine ½ stick melted butter and 1 tbsp of Cholula hot sauce to create an injection.
Inject all of the butter into 1 turkey breast
Season liberally with Char-Griller Creole seasoning
Insert the ThermoPro TempSpike or whatever thermometer you’re using into the center of the breast.
When the breast reaches 145° baste the breast with melted butter. (about 1 hour)
Pull the breast when it reaches an internal temperature of 165°
Allow the turkey breast to rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
