INGREDIENTS for GREEN SALSA
10 tomatillos
1 jalapeno pepper
2 serrano peppers
1 small white/yellow onion
½ bunch cilantro
1 tbsp minced/roasted garlic
1 lime
smoked salt
INGREDIENTS for RED SALSA
6 roma tomatoes
1 jalapeno
2 serrano peppers
½ red onion
½ bunch cilantro
2 oz chipotles in adobo sauce
1 tbsp minced/roasted garlic
1 lime
smoked salt
DIRECTIONS
slice roma tomatoes, jalapenos, serranos and onions in half and smoke at 225° for 1.5 hours
add smoked ingredients to the blender with fresh ingredients and blend until you reach your desired thickness
