Fill a pan with ¾” canola oil and bring it up to 375 on the Flat Iron griddle.
Reheat leftover pulled pork on griddle with some smoked salsa verde and Char-Griller Taco & Fajita seasoning.
Warm corn tortillas by wrapping them in wet paper towels, placing them on a warming rack on the griddle, and squirting some water under the rack to create some steam.
Mix 1 part cornstarch to 1 part water to create a paste to seal taquitos.
Fill tortillas with shredded cheese and pulled pork, roll them, and seal them with the cornstarch paste.
Fy taquitos for 2 minutes, flip them and fry for another 90 seconds.
Top taquitos with salsa, tomatoes, onions, jalapenos, cilantro, guacamole, and sour cream. Or, simply dip them in nacho cheese.
