BUFFALO CHICKEN PIZZA

INGREDIENTS
1 stick butter
5 oz Frank’s Red Hot
2 tbsp white vinegar
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cayenne pepper
2 c diced chicken
low-moisture shredded mozzarella
diced red onions
sliced jalapenos
Pizza Doug (recipe)
DIRECTIONS
roll out pizza dough
dock pizza dough to prevent air bubbles
place pizza screen on top of rolled out dough and spray with canola oil
flip dough over on-top of pizza screen (make sure the sprayed side of dough is on the sprayed side of the pizza screen to help prevent dough from sticking to screen and to give a nice golden crust)
spread ranch dressing and buffalo sauce on pizza dough
top with low-moisture mozzarella, diced chicken, diced red onion and sliced jalapenos
bake at 600°-700° degrees for 2-4 minutes
