INGREDIENTS
4 c bread flour
2 tsp instant yeast
2 tsp sugar
1 ⅓ c warm water
3 tbsp olive oil
smoked salt
Cattleman’s Grill Italiano Seasoning
pizza sauce
Wisconsin Brick Cheese
Pepperonis
DIRECTIONS
make dough by combining flour, yeast, sugar, salt, warm water, and olive oil in stand mixer. Mix for 8 minutes.
divide dough into 2 separate dough balls. Place one dough ball in 9 x 13 greased baking pan and let it rise for 20 minutes.
gently work the dough into the corners of the pan. Cover and let it rise for 20 more minutes.
gently work the dough into the corners of the pan one more time.
season dough with Cattleman’s Grill Italiano Seasoning and top with the toppings in the following order: pepperoni, cheese, sauce, more pepperoni
bake on 500° preheated Yoder YS640 or whatever grill you’re using for 30-45 minutes.
