McGriddle Breakfast Sandwich
INGREDIENTS
2 C pancake mix
1 ⅓ C milk
1 lb Breakfast sausage
1 lb Bacon
6 Eggs
4 hashbrown squares
3 tbsp canola oil
Butter
4 slices of American Cheese
Char-Griller Original Seasoning
DIRECTIONS
Combine 2 C pancake mix, 1 ⅓ C milk, 2 eggs, and 3 tbsp canola oil to make the pancake batter
Cook the bacon on the Flat-Iron using med-high heat
Spray egg rings with cooking spray and fill half-way with pancake mix to make the pancake-bun
Divide the breakfast sausage into 4 sausage balls, smash them on the griddle, and season with Char-Griller Original seasoning
After the pancake batter sets, remove the egg ring and flip the pancakes
Spray the egg rings with cooking spray again and use them to make fried eggs
After eggs have set, remove the egg ring, flip the eggs, and add a slice of American cheese
Build your sandwich: pancake, sausage patty, egg, bacon, and top with another pancake
