Smoked Sausage Balls
INGREDIENTS
1 lb pork sausage
1 ¾ c bisquick
4 c shredded sharp cheddar
1-2 diced jalapenos
1 tbsp TR’s Black Soil Blend (or your seasoning of choice)
DIRECTIONS
combine all of the ingredients and mix well for a good 5 minutes
the mixture is going to feel really dry. Don’t stop mixing, you’ll get to the right consistency.
form the mixture into a golf-ball size sausage ball or slightly smaller
add to your Yoder YS640 (or whatever grill/smoker you have) and cook at 400° until the sausage balls reach 165° internal. Around 10-15 minutes
