GARLIC STEAK BITES
INGREDIENTS
1 lb steak (NY Strip, Ribeye, Sirloin, T-Bone…..)
1 lb Yukon Gold Potatoes
canola oil
TR’s Black Soil Blend Seasoning
½ stick butter
4 garlic cloves
Parmesan cheese
Chopped parsley
DIRECTIONS
give the potatoes a large dice and season
cut steak into 1” x 1” cubes and season
start cooking potatoes first since they will take 10-15 minutes. Cover with a pan and add water to steam potatoes and speed up the process. Be sure to toss potatoes every 3-4 minutes to cook evenly.
when potatoes are about finished, begin melting ½ stick butter in a pan
when butter is melted, add 2 cloves of crushed garlic to the butter and 2 cloves to the potatoes
when potatoes have finished, move them to the side and add the steak to the griddle
steak will only take a few minutes. Toss steak so it cooks evenly but try not to overcook and shoot for a medium-rare internal finish
when steak is finished, add steak and potatoes to a plate and top with garlic butter, parmesan cheese, and parsley
